The lack of opportunities.

Since the lack of work experience and not having academic studies many companies do not give opportunity to those who do not meet these requirements, even knowing that there are people who despite not doing so, have too much knowledge about the different processes that involves the activity or position for which they are applying.                         


     2.  Describe the supply and demand labour in your country.

Medellin is the city where I live and it is an industrial region and a tourist zone.

Textile, apparel, metal-mechanical, electrical and electronic, telecommunications, automotive, food and health sectors.

• which are the largest companies.    What are the main products of these companies?

- Grupo Bancolombia, the largest conglomerate of financial companies in Colombia, offers a broad portfolio of financial products and services in 10 countries: Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Costa Rica, Panama, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Nicaragua and Islands Alligator. its number of clients amounts to more than 10 million.

- Grupo Nutresa, until some time ago was called Compañía Nacional de Chocolates, was founded in 1920 in Sonsón, and is considered one of the largest companies in Colombia.

- Alpina, Currently its specialty lies in dairy products and beverages.

- Cementos Argos, is the leading Colombian company in the Cement industry.

- Grupo EPM, Among its functions are those of providing electricity, potable water, sanitation and gas by network.
